Are you the main Children’s Ministry Coordinator at your church? Maybe you are paid. Likely you are not. But you are already busy in service to your congregation. You have curriculum to select, the very heavy burden of recruiting volunteers for all your Sunday School classes, security procedures to implement, Lysol wipes to stock, and “we have a confirmed case of hand, foot, and mouth virus” emails to send out.
I am so glad that you are reading this blog, but you should stick to the “administering” and find someone else to lead your children’s music program. You need to identify who else in your congregation you can point towards the blog for inspiration and guidance.
